Michael is a Board-Certified Estate Planning and Administration Specialist. The Louisiana Board of Legal Specialization has certified him. He is also a member of the Elder Law College.

Michael earned his law degree from Loyola University. Next, he returned home to St. Tammany Parish to establish the Donovan Law Firm. Michael developed a practice that helped the people of the community where he grew up. Later, Michael joined Fleur de Lis Law & Title to collaborate with like-minded colleagues. He shares strategies with clients based on extensive expertise and a personal approach.

Outside of the office, Michael is a devoted family man. He and his wife love to travel across the Gulf Coast. Thisis usually done while cheering on their sons as they compete in soccer tournaments.
